Once all of your files are prepared, connect your device (iPhone/iPad/iPod) to your computer using a USB cable. Open up iTunes and select your device from the list at the upper left corner of the screen. Go ahead and click “Check for Update” in order to ensure that iTunes has all available updates installed before proceeding.
